Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ricorda ("the Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users worldwide. The Service is operated by Aurist Private Limited (Indian operations) under insiderOne AI, the parent brand ("we", "us"), with registered global operations under insiderOne Technologies FZE LLC.

Ricorda is a personal knowledge library. You share URLs with the Service, and Ricorda extracts structured information (titles, ingredients, steps, key points, etc.) to help you organise and retrieve content.

Features include: AI-powered extraction, natural language search, collections, smart lists, public profiles, and push notifications.

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ricorda. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, anyone under 18 is a child, and their use requires verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian. By creating an account and checking the consent box, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that a parent or guardian has consented to your use. We record the exact date and time of this confirmation.

You may delete your account and all associated data permanently at any time from Settings → Delete account.

You retain full ownership of any content you save. By using Ricorda, you grant insiderOne AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your saved content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save any links you submit. Do not save content that violates copyright, privacy laws, or any applicable regulation.

We do not claim ownership of your content and will never use it for advertising or sell it to third parties.

You agree not to:

• Use Ricorda to store or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Use automated means to submit large numbers of URLs in a way that burdens the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or the Service's infrastructure
• Interfere with the normal operation or security of the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

Free plan: New users receive a trial period (10 saves or 7 days, whichever comes first). After the trial, a short ad plays before each save. All other features remain available.

Premium plan: ₹299 per month. Removes all ads and unlocks unlimited saves. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. By subscribing, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.

Billing: You are billed monthly from the date of subscription. Your Premium access is valid for 30 days from each successful payment.

Cancellation: You may stop subscribing at any time by simply not renewing. There is no lock-in. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the Service, we generally do not offer refunds for completed payments. If you were charged in error or experienced a technical failure during payment, contact us at ricorda@insiderone.in within 7 days and we will review your case.

Price changes: We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing the subscription price.

Ricorda uses third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, OpenRouter) to extract and enhance information from your saved links. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate. Always verify important information at the original source.

By using AI features, you consent to the relevant URL content being sent to these third-party services for processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may choose to make your profile, saves, or collections public. By doing so, you grant any visitor a licence to view that content. You remain solely responsible for any content you make public.

We may remove public content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Ricorda is provided "as is" and "as available." We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

The Ricorda name, logo, design, and software are owned by insiderOne AI / insiderOne Technologies FZE LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ricorda is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI-extracted content will be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aurist Private Limited and insiderOne AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ricorda. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim (which may be zero for free-plan users).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

If you have a dispute, please contact us first at ricorda@insiderone.in. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve it amicably before any formal proceedings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Ricorda after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

What TISH Points are: Ricorda participates in the TISH (Tokenized Incentives for Secure Hypernetworks) Points Programme. TISH Points are utility points awarded for actions within Ricorda such as saving links, creating collections, and referring new users. TISH Points have no monetary value, are not a currency, and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalents in Phase 1 of the programme.

Governing terms: TISH Points earned on Ricorda are additionally governed by the TISH Terms of Service at tish.one/tos. By earning TISH Points through Ricorda, you agree to be bound by both these Ricorda Terms and the TISH Terms of Service.

Earn actions: TISH Points are awarded for qualifying user actions (saving links, creating collections, referrals). Earn rates and daily caps are set by insiderOne AI and may change with 7 days' notice. All caps are enforced server-side.

Not a financial instrument: TISH Points are not a financial instrument, investment, security, or cryptocurrency. They carry no guarantee of future exchange value. We make no representations about future convertibility.

Programme changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the TISH Points Programme at any time, subject to the governance rules described in the TISH Terms of Service.

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules 2021, the Grievance Officer for Ricorda is:
